Features and advantages

Compared with traditional aluminum oxidation PFNA, PEEK injection molding PFNA will not have the oxide layer fall off.

PFNA made of PEEK can pass through X-rays, making the operation more intuitive and reducing the surgical risks

PEEK has better chemical resistance than aluminum alloy. More solvent disinfection methods are acceptable

Disadvantage

1: Poor material fluidity makes injection molding somewhat difficult, and at the same time, it causes severe wear on the cutting tools during processing.

After heat treatment of materials, if the processing technology is unreasonable, it is also very likely to cause processing deformation
