Components: Handle, distal module, proximal module
Material: PEEK5600CF30 (30% carbon fiber reinforced)
Scope of application: Proximal femoral fractures
Forming process: PEEK5600CF30 injection molding blank shape, CNC machining of hole positions and reference surfaces
Features and advantages
Compared with traditional aluminum oxidation PFNA, PEEK injection molding PFNA will not have the oxide layer fall off.
PFNA made of PEEK can pass through X-rays, making the operation more intuitive and reducing the surgical risks
3: PEEK has a lower density and is lighter, making it more convenient for doctors to operate.
PEEK has better chemical resistance than aluminum alloy. More solvent disinfection methods are acceptable
5: PFNA processed by injection molding has a short cycle and low cost, making it more suitable for mass production.
Disadvantage
1: Poor material fluidity makes injection molding somewhat difficult, and at the same time, it causes severe wear on the cutting tools during processing.
After heat treatment of materials, if the processing technology is unreasonable, it is also very likely to cause processing deformation
