1. Product Overview
The PP milky white fume hood is made of high-purity polypropylene (PP) material and is specially designed for corrosive chemical experimental environments. The milky white semi-transparent appearance is both aesthetically pleasing and practical, facilitating the observation of internal operations. It also features excellent acid and alkali resistance as well as corrosion resistance, making it suitable for ventilation needs in fields such as chemistry, biology, and medicine.
2. Core features
Strong corrosion resistance
Made of all-PP material, it can resist the erosion of strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents and other chemical reagents.
No metal parts, avoiding rust or electrolytic corrosion.
Safety protection
It is equipped with an adjustable air valve to ensure a stable face velocity (usually 0.3 to 0.5 m/s), effectively controlling the leakage of harmful gases.
Equipped with explosion-proof lighting lamps (optional) to prevent electrical sparks from causing danger.
Structural design
Milky white semi-transparent panel: Soft light, facilitating the observation of the experimental process and reducing visual fatigue.
Three-stage air flow guide plates (upper, middle and lower exhaust ports) optimize air flow organization and improve exhaust efficiency.
Adjustable window (tempered glass or PP material), supporting up and down sliding or balanced design.
