PEEKFRTP® CF-UD isolation sleeve: It features outstanding properties such as ultra-high strength, high-temperature resistance, lightweight and fatigue resistance. Although the processing is complex and the cost is high, it performs exceptionally well in fields with high requirements for high temperature, high stress and lightweight, such as aerospace, chemical equipment and high-performance motors.
It is processed and manufactured by unidirectional continuous carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone composite material in combination with thermoplastic 3D automatic laser winding one-piece forming equipment. Products can be customized according to customer requirements.
PEEK5600CF30 isolation sleeve: High-performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) composite material, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, featuring excellent mechanical properties and high-temperature resistance, and can be directly injection molded or machined into shape.
