PEEK manifold

PEEK(polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance special engineering plastic, featuring high-temperature resistance, excellent mechanical properties, stable insulation, resistance to chemical corrosion, self-lubrication, peel resistance, radiation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, flame retardancy and easy processing. PEEK and its modified composite materials can replace steel, aluminum and other metal materials. It has been widely applied in fields such as aerospace, new energy, automotive manufacturing, analytical biochemistry, electronic and electrical engineering, medical care and food processing.

PEEK is a high-performance engineering plastic with insulation properties. However, by doping conductive fillers (such as carbon fibers, carbon black, metal powders, etc.), PEEK can be endowed with certain electrical conductivity.

PEEK features high strength, light weight, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance and wear resistance. Applying PEEK to the design of electrodes can effectively enhance the efficiency, stability and durability of fuel cells, thereby promoting the development of fuel cell technology.
